| AtoP News - Dec 23, 2007 - Posted by Rob T | | Hey! It has been a while... but I finally updated all the resort links. All the snow reports and webcam links should now all be pointing to something besides a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error :).. I am still working on the weather information for the resorts but that should be working very soon. I am in need of more resort stats for some of the resorts so if you see anything missing in the way of stats or any mistakes please email me rob at addictedtopowder.com... thats it for now.. later... oh ya.. Merry Christmas..

| Featured Resort - Mount Cain | | | Mount Cain is north of Campbell River on Vancouver Island. Mount Cain has 18 runs. This mountain has great snow, and the best part... its only open on weekends and some mondays, that means the snow piles up for 4-5 days!! There are 2 T-Bars that service the mountain, the lines are almost nonexistent. Mount Cain has a small lodge with hot food and entertainment (some nights).. Accommodations are scarce, but reasonably priced. If you don't have over night accommodations it is advised to plan ahead. Campers seem to be welcome to stay over night in the parking lot. There are runs for every ability, it almost feels like your alone at Cain you don't really feel like your at a ski resort when your skiing/boarding... just on your own. Mt Cain is a unique mountain and definetaly worth the driveFor more information check out the stats for Mount Cain or click here to go to the Mount Cain website. |
